Follow the invoice back to the work
The same working day, seen from your side, and where it stays afterwards. Choose a step to see what you see in the portal.
Recorded sign-ins, not continuous location tracking.
The job page carries the contractor’s summary and report entries.
Hours by day and work type; individual workers’ hours stay with the employer.
Only approved hours reach an invoice.
Travel and materials can be separate lines, each with its own basis.
Earlier jobs, their contractors and recorded hours, site by site. Open any of them for its report.
Illustrative record and billing rate; not W4S pricing. Site presence requires the paid map feature.

Questions people ask before signing up
Is the live site map included?
The site map is a paid feature that must be enabled for your company; it shows recorded sign-ins, not continuous location tracking.
Do I have to approve the contractor’s payroll?
No. You review customer billing hours; the contractor handles its own payroll approvals separately.
Can I see what the crew did?
You can read the job report and see hours by day and work type; the job breakdown does not show individual workers’ hours.
Does every invoice line link to hours?
No. Hour-based labour lines link to recorded hours; travel, materials and other charges can have separate lines.
Will I see unfinished invoice drafts?
No. You see issued invoices, including paid ones, never the contractor’s unsent drafts.
